We had the unique opportunity to lead webinars for groups of ministers from various parts of the world. One webinar brought together around 30 pastors and ministers from Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, and Israel. Centered on understanding conflict dynamics, our discussions explored the impact of our interpretation on the process of peacemaking. The conversation highlighted the significant role that perception plays in either escalating or de-escalating conflicts. The diverse backgrounds of the participants enriched our discussion.
