This webinar addressed a crucial need by providing support to pastors in Manipur, India, who are facing a violent conflict. This conflict, marked by hundreds of church burnings and village destruction, revolves around ethnic tensions between the majority Hindu Meitei tribe and the predominantly Christian minority Kuki tribe. During the webinar, we discussed the question of how Christians should respond to violent conflict. We also reflected on nonviolence, just war, and just peacemaking approaches. Connecting with Christians in Manipur and listening to the harsh realities they are facing was a deeply moving experience
